Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces
Sam's club provologne cheese, 8 serving
Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup, 10.75 oz
White Wine, 2 fl oz
Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix, 1 cup
Butter, salted, .25 cup
2. Top each piece with a slice of cheese.
3. Mix soup and wine in a small bowl. Blend with a wire whisk. Spoon soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
4. Combine the dry stuffing mix with the melted margarine (butter). Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until chicken is lightly brown and bubbly.
5. Serve immediately with brown rice on the side.
