Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef (97/3)
    1 14 oz. can chili beans
    2 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 14 oz. can light red kidney beans
    2 tbsp Chili 9000 (or your favorite chili seasoning)
    1 tbsp cumin

Directions

Brown meat in a skillet.

Add all other ingredients and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
