Ingredients

    8 oz. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp corn meal
    1 1/2 Tbsp chili sauce
    1 large beaten egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped sweet (red, orange, or yellow) bell pepper
    1 Tbsp finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin.
    2 tsp. onion powder
    3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredient well. Form into a loaf, and bake uncovered at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour. If it starts to get dark brown around the edges, it's getting overdone. Should just be golden brown. Makes two 4 ounce servings.
