Ingredients

    1/4 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    2 tbsp water
    1 tbsp sherry vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    4 cups arugula or mixture of your favorite greens
    1/2 cup thinly sliced fennel
    1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
    1/2 cup thinly sliced radish
    2 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, water, vinegar, mustard, dill, salt and pepper. Add arugula, fennel, cucumber, and radish. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

Serve immediately.
