Tuna Salad with Raisins and Onions Served with Crackers

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1-12.5 ounce can of Tuna packed in water
    1-1.5 ounce package of raisins
    1 slice red onion finely chopped
    2.5 Tablespoons Regular or Light Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1 Tablespoon mustard
    30 whole wheat crackers

Directions

Drain the tuna. Stir everything but the crackers together.
Serve the tuna salad with the crackers.

Makes 3 servings of 10 crackers and 1/2 cup tuna salad
