Introduction

My recipe for a healthy mayo alternative.
It can be used as a sandwich spread, a veggie dip, or a salad dressing! It's low cal, fat-free and very low in sodium - and it tastes great! :)

Number of Servings: 34

Ingredients

    500g/2 cups Natural Yogurt
    6g/1 tsp Dijon
    6g/1.5 tsp Vinegar
    8g/2 tsp Water
    7g/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    5g/2 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
    2g/2 tsp Parsley (Dried)
    4g/1 tsp "No Salt" (sodium free salt alternative)
    Lemon Zest (Choose amount to your liking - I used about 1g or 1/2 tsp.)

Directions

Combine ingredients into a bowl, and mix.

Store in a jar in your fridge.

This recipe makes 34 tablespoons.
Per tablespoon: 7 calories, 0g fat, and 14mg sodium! :)
