Green Chile Swiss Steak - Pillsbury Modified

Ingredients

16 oz. boneless beef round steak, well trimmed, cut into 2 serving-size pieces.
4 T. taco seasoning mix
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green chiles
1 cup salsa
1/4 C. chili sauce
Directions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
Spray 10" skillet with cooking spray; add beef and cook 4-5 minutes over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
Sprinkle both sides of steak with 1 T. taco seasoning mix.
In small bowl, mix remaining taco seasoning mix with remaining ingredients.
Place steak in bottom of slow cooker. Top with sliced onions. Pour salsa mixture over all.
Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours.
Good served with brown rice. (not included in nutrition)
