Pea and Cheese Flan

Introduction

Low carb fresh tasting flan, no crust! Low carb fresh tasting flan, no crust!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Onions 100 grams
    Frozen Garden Peas, 200 grams (defrosted)
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 300 grams
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Sunflower Oil, 1tsp
    Lemon Juice, 10 mls
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Dried Mint 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 180C.

Saute the onions in sunflower oil until soft and translucent. Do not brown.

Add onions to rest of ingredients in bowl and blend until smooth.

Pour in the mixture into a dish and bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes until the centre of the tart is just set.

Cool and serve chilled.
