Chicken Mexicana

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 chicken breasts
    1/3 cup flour
    1/4 cup melted butter
    14 oz. can corn
    10 oz can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    2/3 cups 1 % milk
    paprika
    2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Melt butter in casserole. Shake chicken in flouir and bake 30 - 40 minutes. Spread corn over chicken. Combine milk, soup, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.
Pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes on 325 F.
Serve with rice and green vegetable.
