Bulgar Pilaf

Ingredients

    1 small Onion, chopped
    1 c. Bulgar Wheat - dry
    1 can College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
    2 tsp. Olive Oil

Directions

Heat oil in sauce pan. Toss in onion and soften. Mix in bulgar until well coated and slightly toasted. Add chicken stock, Bring to a boil and simmer until all liquid is absorbed and bulgar is tender.

Makes 6, half-cup servings.
