Introduction

This is a no granulated sugar, vegan & gluten free recipe for banana bread. It's not quite as sweet as a desert bread, but makes a great breakfast side dish or afternoon snack. Ingredients

    1 cup Barley Flour (Gluten Free)
    1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder (Gluten Free)
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda (Gluten Free)
    2 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp Guar Gum
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1 cup Whole Almonds (crushed)
    1/2 cup Sweetened Applesauce
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 medium sized Banana

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Crush or chop the almonds to your desired size.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and guar gum in small bowl.

Combine in seperate bowl remaining ingredients.

Combine both bowls together, mix until well blended.

Put ingredients in small bread pan, cook for 45-60 minutes until toothpick can be put in and pulled out clean.
