7 oz. thin spaghetti
1 lb. turkey ham, cubed
1 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup light sour cream
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 t. mustard powder
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Stir in ham, soup, sour cream, mushrooms, onion, mustard, seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Transfer into a 7x11 glass baking dish. Bake at 325 F 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
Can be doubled. If so, cover and freeze one casserole and freeze for up to 2 months. To use frozen casserole, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325 F for 50-55 minutes, or until heated through. Each pan is 6 servings.
