Introduction

Number of Servings: 45

Ingredients

    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    .5 cup peanut butter
    .25 cup canola oil
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
    12 ounces flour(about 2 2/3 cup)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mixer on medium speed. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl with a whisk. Join dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until mixed and then add in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire baking rack. Will make anywhere between 3 and 4 dozen cookies depending on the size of your scoops.
