Rob's Biscuit Pizzas

Submitted by: JENN_N_ROB

Introduction

Simple pizza that you can snack on! Simple pizza that you can snack on!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

1 Can of Pillsbury Golden Layers Buttermilk Biscuits - contains 10 biscuits

Hormel Pepperoni Orignal - 20 to 40 pieces

Fancy Shredded Pizza Cheese - roughly 1 cup

Heinz Premium Chili Sauce - 3 tbsp

    Oregino Spice

    Garlic Powder

Directions

Preheat oven as directed on biscuits. For Pillsbury - 400 degrees.

Cover cookie sheet with aluminim foil, or not if you have a non-stick surface, and spray lightly with your choice of cooking spray. This will help make clean up a breeze.

Split each biscuit into 2 giving you 20 thin mini pizzas.

Spoon Chili Sauce onto each individual pizza, enough to cover the dough. The more used the more messy they are.

Sprikle a dash of Oregino and Garlic Powder on each pizza according to taste.

Place 1 to 2 pepperoni slices in sauce, make sure that sauce doesn't spill over the edge.

Cover the pizza with shredded cheese, enough to cover the pepperoni.

Place in oven and follow the shortest time on the biscuit directions. For Pillsbury - 8 minutes or until dough is golden and cheese is completely melted.

Carefully remove pizzas from cookie sheet. Overflowing cheese will cause pizzas to stick, please use caution when moving them.

Finally, sit back and enjoy! So simple even your teens will enjoy making them!
