A Yummy Breakfast Sandwich!

Introduction

If you like egg sandwiches, you'll love this it's lower in calories and very satisfying! If you like egg sandwiches, you'll love this it's lower in calories and very satisfying!

Ingredients

    1/4 cup egg substitute

    2 Tbsp shredded part skim mozzarella

    1 Tbsp skim milk

    1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

    salt to taste

    1 English muffin toasted

    2 tsp margarine

Directions

-In a small microwaveable bowl, combine egg, milk, cheese, garlic powder and salt, mix well.

-Microwave on high for about 1 min or until egg cooks through.

-Butter toasted English muffin, assemble sandwich and enjoy!
