Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup heavy cream
    2 tablespoons fresh mint, shredded
    12 fresh basil leaves, shredded
    1 orange, zested
    1 lemon, zested
    1 tablespoon cognac or sherry
    1/2 tablespoon coarse salt
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Directions

Makes 6 modest or 4 generous servings

Cook linguine in boiling water according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat heavy cream on medium low heat; add zested orange, lemon, cognac or sherry and salt. Simmer for 7-10 minutes (do not boil).

Drain pasta, toss with cream sauce and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
