Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    I large beef round steak
    1 cup chpped carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup diced red peppar
    3 cups brown rice
    1 can of mini corn cobs
    8 - 10 tablespoons honey/garlic sauce

Directions

Saute meat and add honey garlic sauce, simmer for 10 minutes. Chop vegtables, (prefer raw). Cook rice. Place meat, veggies over bed of rice.
