Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans Cento San Marzano Tomatoes
    1 large onion (yellow or white)
    Garlic (as much as you want) I use about 1/2 bulb
    Italian Seasonings
    Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
    Olive oil (4tbsp?)
    Fresh Basil (if available)

Directions

Drain cans of tomatoes and save just 1/4 cup of the liquid.

Crush the tomatoes with your hands and set aside.

Saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil (use as much as you need, I said 4 tbsp but I don't even know if I use that much). Let them sweat for a little while and add the crushed red pepper and spices now.

5 Minutes should be good, now add the tomatoes and the reserve liquid, reduce heat and let simmer for about 20-25 minutes.

Add fresh basil at the end. nom nom nom
