Introduction

Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup (most canned beans work well)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (1 can)
    Green Peppers (red, yellow and orange), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Ground beef, extra lean, 4 oz (cooked, drained & crumbled)
    Black Olives, 4 jumbo (remove)
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1 package

Directions

Mix all in one pan for the stove, microwave or crockpot and simmer until hot. It looks and tastes great with a little grated cheese and a couple tortilla chips broken over the top. This is a great soup to keep in your fridge and eats more like a stew.
