Cheesy Beefy Mac with Peas

Introduction

This is def not your low fat mac and cheese! My kids really like to eat this so I computed it up to see how bad it would be for me. This is def not your low fat mac and cheese! My kids really like to eat this so I computed it up to see how bad it would be for me.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8oz Velveeta 2%
    2c. Kraft Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese with Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    15oz can Peas, no salt added
    2pk Tofu Shirataki Noodles, Fettuccine style
    Skim Milk
    Salt
    Pepper
    1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef

    *This recipe was doubled up for my kids needs. Feel free to make healthier changes and use whatever veggies you like.*

Directions

1. Brown your ground beef and drain fat. Set aside.
2. Drain tofu noodles then add to boiling water. Cook and drain.
3. In a large saucepan; add milk, shredded cheddar, velveeta, peas, cooked ground beef and the salt and pepper.
4. Cook on low-med heat until the cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
5. Enjoy!
