8oz Velveeta 2%
2c. Kraft Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese with Philadelphia Cream Cheese
15oz can Peas, no salt added
2pk Tofu Shirataki Noodles, Fettuccine style
1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
*This recipe was doubled up for my kids needs. Feel free to make healthier changes and use whatever veggies you like.*
2. Drain tofu noodles then add to boiling water. Cook and drain.
3. In a large saucepan; add milk, shredded cheddar, velveeta, peas, cooked ground beef and the salt and pepper.
4. Cook on low-med heat until the cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
