Introduction

Homemade pork green Chili to serve over Burritos or as a soup type meal. Could be served over Spanish rice. Feel free to add or change chilies to Jalapeno peppers if you like it hotter. Ingredients

    16 oz Diced Pork Loin
    2 cups Onions, raw, , chopped
    Garlic, .25 cup, chopped
    2 -14.5 oz cans Tomatoes Hunts Diced 100% Natural
    12 oz diced green chilis,
    4 tbsp Cumin seed,
    7 cup Water
    10 Tbsp Corn Starch
    3 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Pepper, black,

Directions

in a large Dutch oven saute Diced Pork,Onions, and Garlic until brown. Add Green Chili, Tomatoes, and Cumin, salt, pepper and 1 cup of water. Simmer several hours on low or in a Crock Pot ( the longer the better). When ready to serve, add 4 cups of water. Mix the 2 last cups of water with the corn starch in a large measuring cup . Remove pot from the heat and stir in the corn Starch mix; return to the heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until desired thickness is achieved. makes 20 1/2 cup servings.
