Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice

Introduction

Saw this on Youtube. Very delicious. Saw this on Youtube. Very delicious.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast, sliced
    2 T Canola Oil
    8 cloves garlic,crushed
    1 small chili pepper, crushed
    4 cups day old rice
    3 Tb Oyster Sauce
    2 T Fish Sauce
    1 ts. sugar
    2 cups Basil
    1 sweet red bell pepper, sliced

Directions

Heat oil. Add garlic and chili and cook for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook til about half done. Add the Oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Finish cooking the chicken. Add the red bell pepper, and the rice. Cook until heated through. Add the Basil.

Serve with cucumbers.
