Introduction

Instead of eating fried tortilla chips, try these baked wonton wraps. Instead of eating fried tortilla chips, try these baked wonton wraps.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    10 Wonton wrappers (3 1/2 inch square)
    1 egg white
    1 tbsp each salt and pepper

Directions

1. cut the wonton wrappers in half to form triangles
2. place them on an ungreased cookie sheet
3. brush the triangles with egg whites
4. sprinkle salt and pepper onto wonton triangles
5. bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes

makes 20 chips.
