1 pound ground beef lean
1 onion medium (chopped)
1/4 cup margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dijon style mustard
1 8-ounce can mushrooms sliced and drained
1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups white rice or hot cooked noodles
Melt margarine in skillet. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, petter and mushrooms. Add dijon mustard. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Put beef and onion into skillet. Cook for a couple more minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soup; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through. (Don't boil after adding sour cream).
Serve over noodles or rice.
