Pasta Pomodoro

Ingredients

    Bow Tie Pasta
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    (Garlic, 4 cloves
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 4 serving
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup

Directions

Cook pasta al dente.

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add canned tomatoes (slightly drained with a little liquid, vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes.

Add pasta and simmer for additional 5 minutes. Serve topped with cheese.
