Ingredients

    1 ripe avocado
    2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 cups corn kernels
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1/8 tsp salt & pepper

Directions

makes 4 servings

Halve, pit & dice avocado
Cut cherry tomatoes in half

Put in a bowl with all of the ingredients, toss gently to mix.
