Introduction

**TIP: Look for Chinese 5 spice powder. using this will enhance the flavor of any asian recipe and could replace 1 tbsp of soy sauce. ***
This recipe can also be used as a filling for baked egg rolls.

    *Broccoli Slaw, 3 oz (remove)
    *Bean sprouts, 3 cup (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 serving (remove)
    Cornstarch, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)

Directions

mix cornstarch, soy sauce, water, and rice wine vinegar, and set aside.
cook all veggies and add sauce. serve makes 3 servings
