Ingredients

    Jus-rol puff pastry, 220 gram
    *Courgette, 100 gram(s)
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 10 serving
    *green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cup
    Tomato Paste, 140 grams
    Mushrooms, fresh, 135 grams
    *Tesco half fat mozzarella, 200 gram(s)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    *Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp


Directions

halve tomatoes, slice courgette, spring onions and mushrooms and par boil in a shallow pan with enough water to cover for 10 mins.
mix tomato paste, balsamic vinegar and worcester sauce together.
add sauce mixture to vegetables and stir thru.
lay out pastry (I buy the sheets but need approx 25cm by 30cm)
spread vegeatable and mixture across pastry leaving approx 1cm round the edge uncovered.
slice mozerella and lay on top, sprinkle oregano over pizza and any other seasoning required.
score uncovered edge surrounding pizza.
bake for approx 20 mins at 220c/425f until cheese is melted and pastry puffed and golden at edges.
