Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup sliced green or red bell peppers
    2 cup baby spinach
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 cup low fat cream od chicken soup
    1/3 cup milk
    1 6oz mushroom drained sliced
    1 and 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    1 cup cholby low fat cheese
    1/2 parmeson cheese grated
    1/2 tea basil



Directions

place 1/2 the precooked lasagna noodle in bottom of 13x9x2 in glass baking pan combine onions, bell peppers,chicken and spinach add 1/2 cup chicken broth in saucepan sauta, ; stir chicken soup, milk, add mushrooms basil heat to sauce stage layer sauce cottage cheese, cheese remaining sauce lasagna noodles put remaining cheese over top repeat layers
bake 350 45 minutes. makes 12 servings.
