Flank Steak with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

1 lb. flank steak
1 10.5 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 cup picante sauce
Mixed salad greens or lettuce
Chili powder
Olive oil
Directions
For salsa: mix oranges, pineapple, and salsa in medium bowl. Set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a skillet, on medium heat. Slice steak across the grain, into 1/2" strips, and toss with chili powder to coat.
Cook steak 2-3 minutes on each side, or until preferred doneness.
Serve steak over salad greens and top with salsa. Top with shredded cheese if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
Leftovers are great in a wrap for lunch!
