Chicken and Dumplings

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 cups Bisquick
    2/3 cup milk


Boil chicken with bouillon cubes for 1.5 hours

Mix Bisquick and milk until dough forms. Use the 1/3 cup to prepare 8 equally sized drop dumplings (fill about 1/2 the cup).

Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, then cook and cover for 10 minutes

Add salt and pepper to taste.

1 serving is 1/2 chicken breast and 1 dumpling
