You can make this healthier by using whole wheat flour and leaving out the chocolate chips. They have a very moist, fluffy texture. You can make this healthier by using whole wheat flour and leaving out the chocolate chips. They have a very moist, fluffy texture.Number of Servings: 12

Can you use ALL whole wheat flour and NO white flour? Or do you have to do 1/2 and 1/2? - 5/22/09

You could do all whole wheat, but they'll be kind of gritty. If you're going to, I'd recommend using whole wheat pastry flour.
