This is delicious on lettuce for a salad, or with toasted whole wheat bread. The serving is very large! The kidney beans make up for the lack of mayo. Ingredients

    2 cups white kidney beans
    6 oz tuna
    1/2 cup chopped onions (or to taste)
    1/2 cup black olives, chopped
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions

Combine ingredients in bowl and serve!

Makes 2 1.25cup servings.
