HCG - Nutty Granola

Introduction

Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
    3/4 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
    3/4 cup pumpkin seeds, hulled, unsalted
    3/4 sesame seeds, raw, hulled
    1 1/2 cups coconut shreds, unsweetened, dried
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    6 (1 tsp) packets PureVia stevia sweetener
    4 strips coconut oil
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 and line a large baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl combine nuts, seeds and coconut. Stir in cinnamon and salt. Stir together the oil, vanilla, water and stevia and heat in microwave or on stovetop until oil melts and stevia dissolves. Add to nut mixture and stir to coat everything. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, stir and continue baking another 30 minutes, until dry and crisp and lightly browned. Adjust seasoning when warm. Allow to cool and store in airtight container. NUMBER OF SERVINGS : 30 (1/4 cup) servings.
