Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
Boneless Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Onions, raw, .1/4 cup, chopped
Light Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Light Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal, 1 cup
Almonds, .25 cup, slivered (optional)
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Cook the rice acourdint to directions and set aside.
Mix cooked onions, celery, rice, soup and Mayo together.
Spray 9x13 inch pan with pam and spoon mixture into caserole dish. Melt butter in frying pan and crush and brown crushed cornflakes on stove top. Top caserole with cornflake mixture evenly and sprinkle with slivered almonds
