Crock Pot Chiladas

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey - 1 lb, 20 oz
    Whole Wheat Tortilla's (10 pack) (I could only fit 9 in my pot)
    Taco Seasoning (Low Sodium, 1 pack), 1 oz
    Taco Sauce (1 Jar), 16 oz
    Cream of Chicken Soup - 98% Fat Free Condensed, 2.5 cup
    Cream of Mushroom Soup - 98% Fat Free Condensed Soup, 2.5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 cup
    1 1/4 cup water

Directions

*Cook turkey, add taco seasoning & water. Simmer 15 minutes
*In bowl mix taco sauce, Cream of mushroom, Cream of chicken, & 2 1/2 cups of cheese
*Make layers in crock pot. 1st layer tortillas, then meat, then cheesy sauce
*Repeat layers, end with tortillas on top.
*Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
*Cook on high for about an hour

**Makes approximately 8, 1 cup servings**
