Ingredients

2 cups Quacker quick oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup grape juice ( or kind you prefer)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
mix dry ingredients together in one bowl,
mix wet ingredients together in another bowl
Combine the two
Pour batter in a greased 9X 12 pan and bake for 30 minutes, til knife comes out clean, remove from oven, slice into2inch by 3 inch pieces. You will get ten pieces.
optional: can sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
