Ingredients

Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Flour, Stone ground whole wheat, Hodgson Mill, 2.5 cup (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
*Fleischmann's Active Dry Yeast, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
combine all ingredieants in a large mixing bowl. prepare yeast according to package directions and omit water from recipe. knead dough on floured surface for a few minutes. add small amounts of flour as you need them. make into 8 seperate balls and spray with cooking spray set aside covered to rise again 60-90 minutes. then roll on oiled pan to desired thinness let rise another 10 poke with fork cook at . cool then freeze or use. 425 for 7 minutes
