Oven fried Chicken

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Drumstick, 6 Legs
    *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Put the seasonings in a bag (without holes) and shake to mix, add chicken legs and shake to coat. Arrange in a pan and bake for 30 minutes at 425. Turn chicken over and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until done.
