4 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 cloves garlic
2 jalapeĆ±o peppers
juice of 1/2 a lime
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
salt to taste
Mix in a bowl with the juice of 1/2 a lime, cilantro and salt to taste.
Chill 1-2 hours before eating to let the flavours set.
Keeps for 2-3 days covered in the fridge.
