Better Than Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients

    1.25 lb. 99% fat free ground turkey
    1 lb. 93/7 ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/3 C. old fashion oats (not the quick cooking kind)
    1/4 C. ketchup
    1/2 C. chopped onion
    3 T. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 T. spicy brown mustard
    2 T. garlic powder
    1 T. onion salt
    1 T. ground thyme
    pepper, as preferred
    4 T. barbeque Sauce

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients, except barbeque sauce, together in a large bowl until well blended. Blending by hand seems to work the best. Divide into 2 equal portions and shape both portions into loaves. Place on cookie sheet. Brush top of each loaf with barbeque sauce.

Cook for approximately 35 minutes until center reads 160 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes before servings. Cut each loaf into 8 slices.
