CROCK POT ROAST

Introduction

My easy and cheap pot roast. I buy roasts on sale- the cheapest I can get and cook them all day. Then I make three meals out of them for the family- one of this roast, one of soup and one other (like shredded beef or beef and lentils). My easy and cheap pot roast. Ingredients

    One cheap roast
    one carrot
    2 potatoes
    1 package onion soup mix
    one can mushroom soup (can be low fat or other cream soup if you do not like mushrooms.)

Directions

Place roast in crockpot.
Sprinkle roast with onion soup mix
put in potatoes and carrots
put mushroom soup on top.
put lid on and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
gravy is made by soups and beef drippings.

Eat the roast over three meals (or feed a crowd).
