Introduction

Ingredients

    1 head napa cabbage, shredded fine
    6 oz. (half a package) broccoli cole slaw
    1 pkg. top ramen
    1 small onion, chopped

    DRESSING
    1/2 cup light mayonaisse
    2 tbsp. rice vinegar
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. sriracha (or other aisian hot pepper sauce) (optional)
    1/4 tsp. sugar

Directions

Break up the ramen noodles on to a baking sheet in toast in a convection oven. As it cools, shred the cabbage and chop the onion into a large bowl. Add the broccoli slaw. Add the toasted ramen noodles. Toss with the dressing mix and chill.
