Chicken quick orange chicken

Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Orange Juice, 1 fl oz
    * Mustard dijon Roland, 1 tsp
    * Sea salt coarse Alessi, dash
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Combine frozen juice concentrate, marmalade, mustard & salt in small dish & sit until juice is thawed. Then add chicken & coat all sides. Put in baking pan & pour mixture over chicken & sprinkle parsley on top & one or two orange sections. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or less depending on thickness. Can also be prepared in microwave heating on high 3 minutes or medium high for 4 minutes or chicken no longer pink. (I prefer regular oven)
