Low Carb Turkey Taco Bake

Ingredients

    Crust:
    4 oz. fat free cream cheese, softened
    3 egg whites
    1/3 cup milk 2 %
    1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
    8 oz. lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded

    Topping:
    1 lb. Ground Turkey, lean
    3 tsp. taco seasoning
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    5 ttbs. chopped ripe olives

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 & grease a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Crust:
Spread the cheese over the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl beat the cream cheese and eggs together until smooth. Add the milk and taco seasoning. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese and bake at for 25-30 min. Let set for about 5 min. before adding the toppings.

Topping:
Brown the ground turkey and drain. Stir in the taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Spread over the crust along with the mushrooms and olives. (And any other toppings you might want. Add additional cards) Top with cheese and reduce heat to 350. Bake another 20 min. and serve!
