Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz. pork chops, loin center cut with bone (3 oz. each serving)
    2 baking apples, peeled and sliced
    1 oz. sugar (6 tsp.)
    1 tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp.ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg

    Mix together sugar and nutmeg and spread over sliced apples. Pour into baking dish. Dust pork chops with flour and place on top of apples. Bake 425 degrees, for 50 minutes. When done, will be golden brown and moist.
