Ingredients

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the yogurt and oil, mix well. Spoon into muffin cups and bake until firm and browned, about 15-20 minutes
