IntroductionAn awesome snack only at 11 calories per roll. An awesome snack only at 11 calories per roll.
2 large Zucchinis = 280 gms, peeled & thinly sliced (lengthwise)
75 gms of light feta cheese
1 tbsp oregano + 1 tbsp chives or 1/2 tsp onion powder + 1/4 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp paprika
mix everything else together in a bowl & put a tsp on top of each slice & roll.
Makes about 14 rolls. A serving= 1 roll :) enjoy!
Tip: U can try doing this with cucumber (no cooking required) or grilled eggplant :)
