Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cups
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 3 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    Walnuts, .75 cup, chopped
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 12 tsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in food processor (this is a very large yield recipe, so you may have to halve it) and spread dough into a shallow 9 x 13 cookie pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, allow to cool.
Slice bars into desired single serving size
