Tuna goes Tropical

Introduction

A delicously balanced tuna salad with a tropical twist! A delicously balanced tuna salad with a tropical twist!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of fresh spinache
    3 oz of albacore chunk light tuna
    3 crumbled triscuit crakcers
    .5 cups of canned mandarin oranges
    .5 cups of black beans
    2 tbs of lemon juice
    10 bannana pepper strips
    2 tbs of red bell peppers
    2 tbs of balsalmic vinagarette dressing

Directions

Grab a bowl and place your spinach at the bottom.
Pour tuna over top, and then place your peppers above the tuna. Next, pour black beans ontop of both tuna and peppers. Drizzle lemon juice over entire bowl, and add mandarin oranges amongst the dish. Top with balsamic vinagarette and crumbled triscuits. Enjoy!
